How your home smells is not a trivial thing. Scent is the fastest route to your emotional brain — and we believe that a intentionally scented home is an act of self-care, not a luxury.

Aroma Tranquility is a community for people who take that seriously. We test products rigorously, share what actually works, and call out what doesn't. We believe you deserve honest information about what you're putting in your home — not vague wellness claims backed by aesthetics.

Why we started this

After spending an embarrassing amount of money on candles and essential oils that didn't deliver, we started testing things more carefully. Fragrance oil sold as "pure" essential oil. Diffusers that barely misted. Lavender that smelled synthetic. The third time it happened, we decided to do something about it.

This site is what came out of that: honest reviews, practical ritual guides, and real information about what the research says — and what it doesn't.

What we believe

• Scent is physiologically real. Multiple clinical trials show measurable effects on cortisol and stress response. This isn't wellness fluff.
• Quality matters. Pure essential oils and cheap fragrance oils are different products. We only recommend the real thing.
• Ritual creates change. A consistent morning practice matters more than an expensive product used twice.
• Honest beats popular. If something disappoints us, we say so — even if everyone else is recommending it.
